  1. Ticket Sales commence on April 4th 2023 and close 3 months after commencement. A maximum of 800 tickets shall be sold. An annual number will be allocated to each ticket sold, with each ticket being entered into each of the twelve monthly draws.
  2. Six prizes will be drawn each month, being one Major and five Minor prizes. Each Major monthly prize will consist of a Travel Prize with a description and value to be specified on the Travel escape Club Website. Each of the five minor prizes will comprise a gift voucher with a value of $150 from businesses listed on the Travel Escape Club Website. All monthly prizes and their values will be available on the Travel Escape Club website at www.travelescapeclub.com.au, and the winning ticket buyer will be advised of their win by email within 7 days.
  3. Draws will take place at the Rotary Club of Albury North’s regular monthly meeting at the Thurgoona Country Club Resort  on the second Tuesday of each month, in accordance with the relevant Gaming legislation. The initial draw will be held in July on a date to be specified on the Travel escape Club websites at least 90 days before the draw. Should, for any reason, the draw not be able to take place as indicated above, details of an alternative date within the month, for the draw, will be advertised on the sites referred to above.
  4. Following each draw all winners will be contacted by e-mail within 7 days of the drawand winning ticket numbers will be posted on the website as per 2. above.
  5. Minor Prize voucher details will be emailed to the registered email address within 7 days of the draw, with this email presented to the participating Voucher business. Security of the email and the use of the voucher shall be the responsibility of the prize winner and no further obligation with respect to the voucher shall rest with the Travel Escape Club or the Rotary Club of Albury North.  Most vouchers have been donated by local or regional businesses and can be viewed on the website as per 2. above.
    • Non-cash prizes are not transferable for cash.
    • Major Prize winners will have the following options:
      1. Take the Travel Prize as detailed on the sites referred to in 2 above.
      2. Take an alternative Travel package with Travel Agent to at least the same value as the Major Prize.
      3. Exchange for a Gift voucher to the value of 85% off face value of Prize.
    • The preferred option is to be exercised within 180 days of the Prize winner being notified of the win, by e-mail addressed to the Administrator, Travel Escape Club at travelescapeclub@outlook.com. In the event of no notification being received within that time period, the prize winner will be deemed to have elected to take the Gift voucher as per 5.2.3.
  6. All Travel Prizes and alternative Travel package arrangements will be arranged directly by the prize winner with the Travel Agent and will be subject to any restrictions, booking requirements and availability.
  7. Pricing changes, market conditions, and dates of travel may impact on the cost of Travel Prizes and alternative Travel arrangements. Should the cost of the Travel Prize or alternative Travel arrangement be greater than the value for the Major Prize as detailed on the sites in 2. above, any additional costs will be the responsibility of the prize winner.
  8. Payment to the Travel Agent with respect to Travel Prizes, will be made by the Travel Escape Club within 7 days upon receipt from the Travel Agent of an invoice and an attached signed confirmation by the prize winners detailing the travel arrangements, with such payment to be limited as detailed in 5.4 above. Upon payment of the invoice, no further obligation in relation to the Travel Prize shall rest with the Rotary Club of Albury North.
  9. Travel insurance is not included as part of any Travel Prize and Prize winners should make their own arrangements with respect to insurance.
  10. Should the Prize winner elect to receive a Gift voucher as detailed in 4.2.3 above or be deemed to have elected to take the voucher as detailed in 4.2.4, the voucher shall be made available within 7 days. Upon receipt of the Gift voucher, the use of the voucher shall be the responsibility of the Prize winner and no further obligation in relation to the voucher shall rest with the Travel Escape Club or the Rotary Club of Albury North.
  11. All references to Travel Agent are references to Renhar Pty Llt trading as Helloworld Travel Albury.
  12. All tickets will be entered into each draw irrespective of whether a ticket has already won a prize or prizes in earlier draws.
  13. A complete list of winning numbers and names will be posted on the Travel Escape Club website at www.travelescapeclub.com.au and Facebook.
  14. Ticket / Membership Cost: $150.00.
  15. Free entry in an EARLY BIRD bonus draw will be provided to all ticket purchasers where the purchase is made in accordance with the dates specified on the Travel Escape Club website and will be independent of The Travel Escape Club’s twelve monthly draws.
  16. Persons under the age of 18 are unable to enter.
  17. Privacy Statement: The Travel Escape Club and the Rotary Club of Albury North respect the privacy of their supporters. Information provided for the purchase of the ticket will not be sold or shared with any other organisation. Your personal information is collected solely for current and future raffle management purposes, and to notify you of winners and in the event that your ticket is drawn.
  18. Dispute Resolution: In the first instance, any disputes will be referred to the President of the Rotary Club of Albury North for resolution.  Any unresolved disputes will be referred to an agreed, qualified Mediator.
