TERMS AND CONDITIONS: 2025

  1. Ticket Sales commence on 30th September 2025 and close on 13th April 2026 or when all 1,000 tickets are sold if prior to this close date. A maximum of 1,000 tickets shall be sold, with sequential numbers allocated to each ticket sold, and each ticket sold being entered into each of the six monthly
  2. Seven prizes will be drawn each month, being two major and five minor prizes. The two major monthly prizes will each consist of a $2,000 Travel or Cost of Living voucher; while the 5 minor prizes will each consist of a $100 gift voucher from businesses listed on the Travel Escape Club website at travelescapeclub.com.au. Two Early Bird draws will occur in November 25 and March 26, each for one major prize of a $2,000 Travel or Cost of Living voucher; and 5 minor prizes of $100 vouchers.
  3. Draws will take place at the Rotary Club of Albury North’s regular meeting at the Thurgoona Country Club Resort on the second Tuesday of each month, the initial draw to be held in April 2026, with monthly draws thereafter until September 2026. All draws are conducted in accordance with the relevant Gaming legislation. Should, for any reason, the monthly draws are unable to take place as indicated above, details of an alternative date will be advised.
  4. All winners will be contacted by e-mail within 7 days of the monthly draw with specific details of their prizes. Monthly draw information including winning ticket numbers will be posted on the Travel Escape Club face book page.
  5. Major Travel Prizes: Major prize winners will have the choice of a Travel Voucher or a Cost of Living Voucher.

All Travel escape packages, plans and arrangements are to be managed directly by the prize winner in conjunction with the Voucher provider. If costs of the travel escape package selected exceed the value of the travel voucher, any such costs are the responsibility of the prize winner.

The preferred prize option is to be exercised within 180 days of the draw, confirmation required by e-mail addressed to the Administrator, Travel Escape Club at travelescapeclub@outlook.com. In the event of no notification being received within that time period, the prize winner will be deemed to have elected to take the Cost of Living voucher.

The major prize winners selected voucher shall be made available within 7 days of confirmation by the prize winner. Upon receipt of the gift voucher, the use of the voucher shall be the responsibility of the prize winner and no further obligation in relation to the voucher shall rest with the Travel Escape Club or the Rotary Club of Albury North.

  1. Minor Prizes: Gift voucher details and information will be emailed to the registered email address within 7 days of the draw, with this email to be presented to the participating Voucher business.

Security of the email and the use of the voucher shall be the responsibility of the prize winner and no further   obligation with respect to the voucher shall rest with the Travel Escape Club or the Rotary Club of Albury North. Gift vouchers are donated by local or regional businesses and can be viewed on the Travel Escape Club website.

  1. No travel or cost of living voucher prizes or gift vouchers are transferable for cash.
  2. Travel insurance is not included as part of any Travel Prize and Prize winners should make their own arrangements with respect to insurance.
  3. All tickets will be entered into each monthly draw irrespective of whether a ticket has already won a prize or prizes in earlier draws.
  4. A complete list of winning ticket numbers and names will be posted on the Travel Escape Club face book page.
  5. Ticket / Membership Cost: $100.00.
  6. Free entry into one or both of the two EARLY BIRD bonus draws will be provided to all ticket holders whose purchases were made respectively prior to either Noon on 11th November 2025; and/or Noon on 10th March 2026. Early Bird prize winners will be notified by email and winners advertised on the Travel Escape Club face book page.
  7. Persons under the age of 18 are unable to enter.
  8. Privacy Statement: The Travel Escape Club and the Rotary Club of Albury North respect the privacy of their supporters. Information provided for the purchase of the ticket will not be sold or shared with any other organisation. Personal information is collected solely for current and future raffle management purposes, and to notify you of winners and in the event that your ticket is drawn.
  9. Dispute Resolution: In the first instance, any disputes will be referred to the President of the Rotary Club of Albury North for resolution.  Any unresolved disputes will be referred to an agreed, qualified Mediator.
