The Rotary Club of Albury North is hosting another complimentary short course on Mental Health Resilience.
This 3hr course is open to all individuals interested in learning or refreshing their knowledge of the necessary strategies to sustain mental health resilience.

Funds to develop and deliver this course were raised through the Travel Escape Club raffle fundraiser.
The course will be delivered by Bjelkie Lansdown from BLMC.

PAST Courses
To date, two courses have previously been held with the first course on Saturday October 28th 2023 and the second course on 24th February 2024 Participants came from a wide variety of volunteer services (SES, RFS, Albury Wodonga Resource Bureau, Carevan, Country Hope, Rotarians etc.) as well as members of the general public who all expressed a positive outcome from the course.
